Rules & Conditions:

Each competitor must bake all items listed below using Odlums Products: all recipes found on Odlums website.

• 10 Apple Traybake Pieces
• Goats Cheese, Red Pepper & Pine Nuts Quiche
• Coffee Sponge Cake with Biscoff Coffee Buttercream
• NB – All recipes can be found on the Odlum’s Website: www.odlums.ie
• The items should be displayed on individual plates & each exhibitor will be allotted their own space (trays optional), on a base 24” Square.

1.  Items to be displayed on individual plates (3 tiered plates can be used for the smaller items) to enhancepresentation and each exhibitor will be allocated their own space(trays optional) on a base 24'' square
2. Points will be awarded for taste, texture, appearance of baked items and presentation.
3. The competition is confined to amateurs, male or female and one entry only per exhibitor at the final.
4. The items must be fresh and home made by exhibitor
5. In the event of an objection & following an investigation, & if the exhibitor is deemed to be making their living from their profession, they may be disqualified.
6. A special class will be held at each qualifying show.  Two entries may qualify from these shows for the final, if judges agree that the standard is high enough.The Qualifiers from each of these shows will go forward to the Final at Tullamore Show on Sunday 10^th August 2025.
7. Non adherence to tray size will deem elimination of exhibit.
8. All items will be cut and/or sampled by the Judge.
9. Each of the successful qualifiers will receive a hamper containing Odlum’s products on appearance at the final.
10. Certificates will be awarded to the finalists.
11. The Judge’s decisions ARE FINAL at all stages of competition.
12. All exhibits displayed at owner’s risk.
13. These rules should be read in conjunction with the ISA rules.
